TC HAIR STUDIO POLICY
» TC Hair Studio is available for appointments Tuesdays through Saturday and most evenings by appointment.
» Because our salon is not employee based, and each person sets their own schedule, we do not advertise that we open and close at any specific time. However, be assured that most days we are available by 10:00 am and as late as 7:00 pm. Feel free to leave a message or text for the specific stylist you would like and they will return your call as soon as they can. Thank you for understanding.
» Your phone call is very important to us. If your call has gone to voice mail during the normal work week, that is probably because we are with our very valued clients. We return calls as promptly as we can.
» Each person rents their station, and is not employed by TC Hair Studio. Each person does their very best running their independent business. Your business and patience is greatly appreciated! we are color specialist and love doing haircuts & styling.
APPOINTMENTS:
Book reservations 2-4 weeks in advance if you need a certain day or time of the week. We highly recommend pre booking your next service at the end of each appointment. Please be aware that are schedules do get very full during certain times of the year, ( holidays, back to school, graduation etc.) We also have cancellations list you maybe added to.
CANCELLATIONS:
We ask that you give your stylist 24-48 hours notice of cancellations, minimums that we are able to accommodate another client on waiting list.We do understand that last minute scheduling conflicts can make it impossible to keep your scheduled reservation ,We ask for your communication and respect in these instances . A deposit may be required for select services. No shows appointments are recorded in our system, after a number of forgiven no shows we may ask that you pre-pay for your appointment.
CELL PHONES:
To ensure a relaxing experience for all our guests we ask that cell phones be silenced. Only use your cell phone if truly necessary. Even if you don't want to chat to your stylist, this will interfere with the stylist work. If you need to catch up on emails and messages please limit to color or treatment processing time.
GUEST & CHILDREN :
Are waiting area is cozy and will only accommodate a few people. please limit the number of people waiting for you during your visit. As much as we love your kiddos, we do not allow children unless being serviced allowed in the waiting room. We work with very hot tools and sharp instruments and chemicals.
